A little history ...
Imagine an old sandstone silkworm, this stone so characteristic of this region.
It was built on the vaults which sheltered stables, henhouses, hutches.
The former owner, a peasant, then gradually adapted it according to his needs.
We, his children, have the pleasure of reviving this house by welcoming you.
The human adventure of the Ardèche agricultural sectors shows the unbreakable link between the natural environment and the peasant, between the peasant and the food, and between the food and the eater.
